Terms of Sales

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company BREOV - Ma parenthèse lactée whose head office is located608 rue de la Roche Taillée, Zac du Sagnon, 13690 Graveson, FRANCE and on the other hand, by any natural person wishing to make a purchase via the website of “Ma parenthese ltée” hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.

By ordering on our site, you accept our general conditions of sale.

1. Object of the contract

The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to set the contractual provisions between Ma parenthèse lactée and the Customer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Ma parenthèse lactée merchant site, whether the Customer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a property through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the customer of these conditions of sale.

2. Characteristics of the items offered for sale

Breast milk jewelry and keepsake jewelry.

The turnaround time begins once your milk and inclusion has been received and registered. The current turnaround time is estimated at 126 days.
Delays: Delays may occur under various circumstances. Circumstances include, but are not limited to:

Complications in control design
Holidays
Supply order lead times
Family illness or emergencies
Other unforeseen circumstances

Imperfections:
The color of your jewelry will reflect the natural color of your breast milk, unless color pigment or the addition of glitter is requested. Some items require gluing. Each piece is individually handmade, we cannot guarantee that glue will not show on each piece.

Breast milk and lock of hair jewelry may contain some minor defects such as small air bubbles that will turn black if you sweat or if the jewelry is in contact with water, even for a very short time, for example. These very minor defects cannot give rise to a refund or exchange and are part of the purchase of a handcrafted product. Improper preservation of your jewel can lead to a change in color of the jewel and small black bubbles. Ma parenthèse lactée can in no way be held responsible for these small imperfections.
Ma parenthèse ltée reminds us that our jewels are souvenir jewels and not jewels to be worn every day. Milk is an organic material, which reacts to prolonged contact, creams, oils, water, sweat, UV, etc...
Ma parenthèse lactée retains control milk pearls which prove that proper use and maintenance of the jewel does not alter the color or shape of MPL jewellery.

3. Geographic area

The online sale of the articles presented in the site is available to buyers all over the world.

4. Rates

The prices appearing in the catalog are prices inclusive of VAT in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order as well as deliveries in France; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the items. Ma parenthèse lactée reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer. Prices shown include order processing fees and all shipping costs.

5. Orders

The customer places an order on the website “http://www.bijoux-lait-maternel.com”. To buy one or more items, he must follow the following order process:

Choice of items and addition to cart
Validate the contents of the basket
Identification on the website on which he will indicate all the contact details requested
Validation of the delivery method
Choice of payment method and acceptance of the T&Cs
Confirmation of payment

The customer will receive an order confirmation email (the order confirmation email in no way releases the seller from his responsibility).
The customer may at any time view during the ordering process the details of his order as well as its total price and correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance.
Ma parenthèse lactée reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the items available for sale.
Ma parenthèse ltée agrees to honor orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks.
Ma parenthèse lactée reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for which the return kit does not reach us within 2 months.

6. Terms of payment

Payment for purchases is made via one of the following means, at the Customer's convenience:

7. Shipping and delivery times

Any order placed on the Ma parenthèse lactée website will be prepared and shipped an average of 112 days after receipt of the milk, subject to validation of payment and within the limits of immediately available stocks.
Ma parenthèse lactée undertakes to deliver the orders placed by the Customer within the stipulated time. If the said articles have not been delivered within 290 days from the delivery date provided for when the order was placed, and if this overrun is not linked to a case of force majeure, the Customer may proceed with the resolution of the sale, by sending by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address SAS BREOV - Ma parenthèse lactée,608 rue de la Roche Taillée, Zac du Sagnon, 13690 Graveson

The customer has a period of 30 working days from the date of dispatch of the order to report the non-receipt and request the resolution of the sale and the reimbursement of the items. After this time, no resolution of the sale will be accepted.

The Customer is required to check the good condition of the items delivered. Any anomaly noted (missing item, damaged package, broken item, etc.) must be indicated within 4 days, to Ma parenthèse lactée, following receipt.

8. Withdrawal period: exchange or return

Customers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from the payment of their order. Ma parenthèse lactée will refund without penalty, however the cost of returning the kit sent is the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer will be reimbursed as soon as possible upon return of the kit to the workshop and at the latest 30 days after the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal, on the condition that no costs have been incurred on his ordered.
